# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 750g baby potatoes, halved
03 - 250ml chicken broth

→ Seasonings

04 - 50g grated parmesan cheese
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
02 - Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then evenly rub with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
03 - Layer halved potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place seasoned chicken breasts on top of the potato layer.
04 - Pour chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring even distribution.
05 - Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the chicken, followed by an even layer of grated parmesan cheese.
06 - Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
07 - Verify chicken has reached an internal temperature of 75°C and potatoes are fork-tender.
08 - Carefully transfer chicken and potatoes to serving plates. Spoon remaining sauce from the slow cooker over the dish for extra flavor.
09 - Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving if desired.
