Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter (Print Version)

Creamy, frozen Greek yogurt bites with peanut butter and chocolate chips - a healthy, delicious treat ready in minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
03 - 1/4 cup honey
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
06 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

# Steps:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
02 - Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized mounds.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are solid.
05 - Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or a zip-top bag for easy storage. Keep them in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - For a different flavor, try adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the mixture for a chocolatey twist.
02 - Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if you prefer a nut-free option or want to switch up the flavor.
