In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well-combined with all ingredients evenly distributed.
02 -
Line a plate or small baking tray with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie scoop or spoon, portion the yogurt mixture into approximately 6 evenly sized bites on the prepared surface. Freeze for 10-20 minutes until solid to the touch.
03 -
While the yogurt bites freeze, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil using a microwave or double boiler. Stir regularly until you achieve a smooth, liquid consistency.
04 -
Once yogurt bites are frozen solid, dip each one into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly. Immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Place coated bites in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets completely.
05 -
Enjoy once the chocolate has set. Store any remaining bites in the refrigerator for 3-4 days for optimal freshness.
