Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites (Print Version)

Creamy protein-packed Greek yogurt and peanut butter frozen bites coated in dark chocolate with a sprinkle of sea salt.

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Mixture

01 - 120ml full fat Greek yogurt
02 - 60ml powdered peanut butter (PB2, PB Fit or similar)
03 - 15g creamy peanut butter
04 - 7ml maple syrup

→ Chocolate Coating

05 - 120ml dark chocolate chips (such as Lily's)
06 - 5ml coconut oil
07 - Flaky sea salt (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well-combined with all ingredients evenly distributed.
02 - Line a plate or small baking tray with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie scoop or spoon, portion the yogurt mixture into approximately 6 evenly sized bites on the prepared surface. Freeze for 10-20 minutes until solid to the touch.
03 - While the yogurt bites freeze, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil using a microwave or double boiler. Stir regularly until you achieve a smooth, liquid consistency.
04 - Once yogurt bites are frozen solid, dip each one into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly. Immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Place coated bites in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets completely.
05 - Enjoy once the chocolate has set. Store any remaining bites in the refrigerator for 3-4 days for optimal freshness.

# Notes:

01 - These bites make a protein-rich, refreshing frozen treat that satisfies sweet cravings while providing nutritional benefits from the Greek yogurt.
