While chicken bakes, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.

Once chicken has slightly cooled, place each piece on a bun bottom, spread generous amount of garlic mayo on top, and close with the bun top.
