# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680g)

→ Breading

02 - 250g all-purpose flour
03 - 250g panko breadcrumbs
04 - 2 tsp garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garlic Mayo

06 - 240g mayonnaise
07 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
08 - 2 tbsp lemon juice

→ Assembly

09 - 4 soft burger buns

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
03 - In one bowl, combine flour with garlic powder. Place panko breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
04 - Dredge each chicken breast thoroughly in the flour mixture, then coat completely with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
05 - Arrange coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
06 - While chicken bakes, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.
07 - Once chicken has slightly cooled, place each piece on a bun bottom, spread generous amount of garlic mayo on top, and close with the bun top.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, lightly spray the breaded chicken with cooking oil before baking.
02 - Allow the garlic mayo to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving to develop flavors.
