Blueberry Honey Butter (Print Version)

A delightful spread combining fresh blueberries, butter and honey - perfect for breakfast, snacks and spring celebrations.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 stick (113g) salted butter, softened
02 - 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
03 - 1 tablespoon local honey
04 - 1/8 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter)

# Steps:

01 - Place softened butter in a small bowl and whip with a fork until light and fluffy.
02 - Add blueberries and honey to the whipped butter. Mix thoroughly with a fork or wooden spreader until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
03 - Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spreader and continue beating until perfectly light and fluffy.
04 - If making a larger quantity, use an electric mixer in a medium bowl until combined and smooth. Scrape down sides as needed.

# Notes:

01 - Butter can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days to maintain spreadability.
02 - Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
03 - Butter freezes well for several months. Thaw before serving.
