# Ingredients:

→ Ground Turkey Mixture

01 - 1 lb ground turkey
02 - 1 Tbsp sesame oil (or preferred cooking oil)
03 - 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 2 tsp grated ginger
05 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
06 - ½ tsp onion powder
07 - 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
08 - 1-2 Tbsp sriracha
09 - 2-3 Tbsp chicken broth
10 - 2 tsp honey
11 - ½ tsp black pepper
12 - ½ tsp sea salt, to taste
13 - 2 tsp corn starch

→ Bang Bang Sauce

14 - ½ cup mayonnaise
15 - 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
16 - ½-1 Tbsp sriracha, adjust for spice level
17 - 1 tsp rice vinegar
18 - 2 tsp honey

→ Rice Bowl Components

19 - Cooked rice
20 - Shredded carrots
21 - Sliced cucumbers
22 - Shelled edamame
23 - Pickled onions
24 - Avocado slices
25 - Shredded cabbage
26 - Sliced green onions
27 - Sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly until smooth. Adjust flavor by adding more sriracha for heat or additional honey or sweet chili sauce for sweetness. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
02 - Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until glistening. Add ground turkey and break into smaller pieces while cooking. Once turkey is browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
03 - Simmer the turkey mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cornstarch evenly over the mixture and stir thoroughly to incorporate. Optional: Just before serving, stir in approximately 2 tablespoons of the bang bang sauce for added flavor.
04 - Start with a base of cooked rice in each bowl. Add desired vegetables and toppings such as shredded carrots, cucumbers, edamame, and avocado. Spoon the seasoned ground turkey mixture over the components. Drizzle generously with bang bang sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Turkey mixture keeps for 3-4 days while the sauce remains fresh for up to a week.
02 - The turkey mixture can be frozen for up to 3 months. For best results, mix with bang bang sauce before freezing.
03 - If the turkey mixture becomes dry during cooking, add additional soy sauce or broth as needed.
