# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
04 - 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
05 - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
07 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil
08 - 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
09 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
10 - Juice of 1/2 lime
11 - Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Add the ground beef to a large skillet and crumble it. Add in the green onions and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sriracha, and soy sauce. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through, then remove from the skillet onto a plate.
02 - Add a tablespoon of oil to the same skillet and add the shredded brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with the brussels sprouts. Add the sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring everything together until evenly coated in the sauce.
04 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice if desired.
