Tender chicken and noodles tossed in a sticky, garlicky soy-honey sauce - ready in just 20 minutes for the perfect weeknight meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
03 - 3 tbsp honey
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tsp grated ginger
06 - 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
07 - 2 tbsp cornstarch

→ Base

08 - 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
09 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil

→ Garnish

10 - 2 green onions, chopped
11 - 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes. Stir well to integrate all flavors.
02 - Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated to ensure proper thickening of the sauce later.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add coated chicken and cook until golden and completely cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes.
04 - Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken and stir continuously to coat evenly. Allow the mixture to simmer until the sauce thickens, approximately 2-3 minutes.
05 - Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
06 - Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are completely coated in the sticky sauce.
07 - Garnish with freshly chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.

# Notes:

01 - Use tamari and gluten-free noodles for a gluten-free version.
02 - Add vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas for more nutrition.
03 - Tofu, shrimp, or beef can be substituted for chicken.
04 - Toss noodles with a small amount of oil after draining to prevent sticking.
05 - For a thicker sauce, increase cornstarch or extend the simmering time.
