# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 1 pizza dough (12–14 inches, store-bought or homemade)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup tomato or pizza sauce

→ Toppings

04 - 8 oz hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
05 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

→ Finishing

09 - 1/4 cup honey
10 - Fresh arugula or spinach (optional, for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C), and heat pizza stone if using.
02 - Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12–14 inch circle. Transfer to baking sheet or stone.
03 - Brush with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes to firm slightly.
04 - Spread tomato sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella, then scatter sausage and feta. Optionally add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning.
05 - Return to oven and bake 10–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
06 - Let cool briefly, drizzle honey over hot pizza, garnish with arugula if desired. Slice and serve warm.
