# Ingredients:

01 - Rice paper wrappers
02 - 227g cream cheese, softened
03 - 170g crab meat, fresh or canned, drained
04 - 3 green onions, finely chopped
05 - 15ml soy sauce

# Steps:

01 - Prepare your workstation with all ingredients and tools.
02 - In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, and soy sauce until well combined.
03 - Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
04 - Lay a soaked wrapper on a clean surface, place one tablespoon of filling in the center, fold in edges like an envelope, and seal tightly.
05 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange filled rangoons on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray or brush with oil.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
