# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1/4 cup heavy cream

→ Mix-ins & Toppings

05 - 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
06 - 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 tablespoon honey
08 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
11 - Fresh herbs such as mint or parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl.
03 - Gently fold in most of the chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds, reserving some for garnish.
04 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
05 - Before serving, garnish with the reserved pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh herbs. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
