01 - 1 lb kielbasa sausage
02 - 1/4 cup yellow mustard
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - Slice kielbasa crosswise without cutting all the way through to create hasselback pockets.
03 - In a bowl, combine yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth and well incorporated.
04 - Brush the mustard mixture generously over and between the sliced kielbasa sections.
05 - Arrange the glazed kielbasa bites in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp at the edges.
06 - Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving warm.
