Creamy goat cheese rolled in pistachios, drizzled with honey and fig spread - an elegant, quick-to-prepare appetizer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium fresh goat cheese log (approx. 11 oz.)
02 - ΒΌ cup roasted pistachios, chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 1 tablespoon fig spread
05 - Crackers or bread for serving

# Steps:

01 - Allow the goat cheese log to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes until softened.
02 - Spread chopped pistachios on a plate. Roll the softened goat cheese in the pistachios until well-coated.
03 - Place the coated cheese log on a serving tray and drizzle generously with honey.
04 - Warm fig spread briefly in the microwave (about 10 seconds) and drizzle over the cheese log.
05 - Serve alongside crackers or slices of bread.
