Herbed Goat Cheese Stuffed Peperoncini (Print Version)

Tangy peperoncini stuffed with creamy lemon-herbed goat cheese for an easy, elegant appetizer that balances heat and richness.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 jar (16 oz) Mezzetta Peperoncini, drained
02 - 1 cup goat cheese, softened
03 - Juice of half a lemon
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Cut tops off of peperoncini and gently remove seeds.
02 - Using a food processor or hand mixer, combine goat cheese, lemon juice and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
03 - Using a small spoon, gently stuff peppers with goat cheese mixture.
04 - Garnish plate with additional chopped herbs before serving.
