# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680g)
02 - 3 tbsp olive oil
03 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 2 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1 tsp salt
07 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
08 - 1 tsp smoked paprika

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
02 - Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours) to allow flavors to penetrate.
03 - Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 200°C (400°F).
04 - Grill or bake chicken tenders for 6-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and are golden brown.
05 - Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or fresh vegetables.
