# Ingredients:

01 - 2 sheets frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
02 - 110g (4-ounce) log goat cheese
03 - Honey for drizzling
04 - Fresh thyme, chopped, for garnish

05 - Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
06 - Chopped walnuts or pecans

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the puff pastry slightly on a floured surface. Use a 5cm (2-inch) round cutter to make about 24 circles.
03 - Indent the center of each round with your thumb or spoon to create a well for the filling.
04 - Place approximately 1 tablespoon of goat cheese into each indentation.
05 - Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden and puffed.
06 - Drizzle each bite with about ½ teaspoon of honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Serve warm.
