06 - 1 cup whole milk
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 tablespoon melted butter

→ For Frying & Finishing

09 - Vegetable oil for deep frying
10 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
03 - Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter.
04 - Heat about 5 cm (2 inches) of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 190°C (375°F).
05 - Using a small scoop or spoon, carefully drop small dollops of batter into the hot oil. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally, about 1-2 minutes per side.
06 - Remove the fried cake bites with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
07 - Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve while still warm.

# Tips and Suggestions:

01 - For extra indulgence, serve with chocolate or caramel sauce for dipping.
02 - The batter should be fluid enough to drop from a spoon but thick enough to hold together when fried.
03 - Maintain oil temperature between batches for consistent results.
