Eggnog Espresso Martini Rum (Print Version)

A creamy, festive cocktail that blends eggnog, rum, coffee liqueur and espresso for a delicious holiday treat with warm spices.

# Ingredients:

→ Cocktail Base

01 - 30ml dark spiced rum (or bourbon or vodka)
02 - 30ml coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
03 - 30ml espresso or cold brew coffee
04 - 90-120ml eggnog, chilled

→ Flavoring

05 - 1.25ml vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt
07 - Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Add rum, coffee liqueur, espresso, eggnog, vanilla extract, salt, and a dash of cinnamon to a cocktail shaker with ice.
02 - Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds until the mixture is frothy and well chilled.
03 - Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg and coffee beans if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For smaller glasses, reduce the amount of eggnog slightly.
02 - This cocktail can also be served over ice if preferred.
03 - A standard cocktail shaker can accommodate a double batch for two servings.
