In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the rolls. Broil for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Watch closely as they can burn quickly.

On a cutting board, arrange the shredded chicken, turkey ham, pickles, and Swiss cheese. Chop everything finely together with a large knife. Transfer to a bowl and stir in yellow mustard until well mixed.
