01 - 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
02 - 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 2 tsp dried oregano
06 - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - Pat the drained artichoke hearts dry with paper towels.
03 - In a bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
