Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Spray or grease your bread loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In another bowl, thoroughly mix together the beaten eggs, cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, applesauce, almond extract, and oil.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix just until incorporated, being careful not to overmix.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
