# Ingredients:

01 - 4 thick, white cod fillets
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 teaspoon pepper

→ For the Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 medium onion
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger
08 - 1 can full-fat coconut milk
09 - 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
02 - Generously sprinkle salt and pepper onto the cod fillets.
