Cinnamon-Sugar Banana Chips (Print Version)

Crispy, sweet banana slices with cinnamon-sugar coating, air fried to perfection for a healthier snack alternative.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe but firm bananas, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
02 - 1 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
03 - 1 tbsp granulated sugar (or coconut sugar for a healthier option)
04 - ½ tsp ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds (about ⅛ inch or 3mm thick). Ensure the slices are even for consistent crisping.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon. Lightly brush each banana slice with melted coconut oil or butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the banana slices.
03 - Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping to ensure even cooking.
04 - Set your air fryer to 150°C (300°F). Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through. Watch closely to prevent burning, as cooking time may vary.
05 - Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for 5 minutes—they will crisp up more as they cool. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for later.

# Notes:

01 - These cinnamon-sugar banana chips are a naturally sweet and healthier snack alternative to store-bought chips. They're great for snacking, lunchboxes, or as a crunchy topping for yogurt and oatmeal.
