01 -
Unwrap the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl. Mix the cakes together with a handheld mixer until a crumbly dough forms. Mix in the festive sprinkles.
02 -
Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough and roll it between the palms of your hands, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is used.
03 -
Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl using short intervals or by using a double boiler.
04 -
Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white chocolate, coating completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off then place back on the baking sheet.
05 -
Melt the red candy melts in a piping bag or ziplock bag in the microwave in 30-second increments. Massage the bag between intervals to ensure the candy melts are fully melted.
06 -
Snip the edge of the bag and drizzle the red candy melts onto the truffles. Top with green sanding sugar and allow to set in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
