→ To assemble

23 - 4 hoagies or baguette
24 - 3-4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped or shredded

# Steps:

01 - On a cutting board, slice the chicken breasts horizontally into 4-6 thin cutlets. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Panko. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in 1-inch deep oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy (about 5 minutes). Set aside on paper towels to drain.
02 - In a small bowl, combine the slightly melted butter, mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
03 - Split the hoagies or baguettes in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture on the inside of each half. Place in a 450ºF oven or under a broiler until toasted (about 3-4 minutes).
04 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl or mason jar until smooth.
05 - In a large salad bowl, toss 3-4 tablespoons of the Caesar dressing with the chopped romaine lettuce.
06 - Build each sandwich by layering chicken cutlets and dressed lettuce on the toasted bread. Top with an extra grating of Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
