# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 can (295g) unsalted cream of chicken soup
03 - 2 packets (25g each) chicken gravy mix
04 - 125ml water or chicken broth (optional)

05 - Hot cooked rice

# Steps:

01 - Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, gravy mix, and water (or broth if using) until well combined.
03 - Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
04 - Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW heat for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
05 - Once cooked, break the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
06 - Spoon the chicken and gravy over hot steamed rice.
