Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast

→ Dairy

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ Bread

05 - 4 medium flour tortillas

→ Aromatics

06 - 4 cloves minced garlic
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
09 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine with garlic.
02 - Reduce heat to low and add half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir until the cheese begins to melt, then remove from heat.
03 - Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
05 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
06 - In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until the cheese is completely melted.
07 - Cut wraps diagonally, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately while cheese is still gooey.
