Tender salmon fillets glazed with spicy-sweet sauce, broiled to perfection and ready in 15 minutes for a quick weeknight meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
03 - 2 tablespoons Sriracha
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Garnish

08 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven's broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Incorporate the sesame oil.
03 - Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce, ensuring both sides are coated evenly.
04 - Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
05 - Garnish with the sliced green onions and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
02 - Reheat gently in the microwave or a skillet over low heat to avoid overcooking.
03 - Serve over fluffy rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
04 - For more intense flavor, marinate the salmon in half the sauce for 30 minutes before broiling.
