Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Pat fillets dry and place skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.

Break Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute evenly over each fillet.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. For a golden top, broil for the last 1–2 minutes (watch closely!).
