01 - 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
02 - 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 garlic clove, minced
05 - Zest and juice of ½ lemon
06 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

08 - Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (for roasting alongside)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Pat fillets dry and place skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
03 - Break Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute evenly over each fillet.
04 - Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. For a golden top, broil for the last 1–2 minutes (watch closely!).
05 - Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
