Bacon Jalapeño Popper Eggrolls (Print Version)

Crispy eggrolls stuffed with creamy cheese, bacon, and jalapeños - a flavor-packed appetizer with the perfect spicy kick.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 4-5 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed)
05 - 15 eggroll wrappers
06 - Vegetable oil for frying
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Stir in crumbled bacon and chopped jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center. Moisten edges with water, fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll up tightly.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
04 - Fry the eggrolls in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
